Manufacturer Warranty

UGNE offers a 1-month limited manufacturer's warranty on e-bikes, e-scooters, and gas-powered bikes of all models. The warranty starts the day the product is delivered to you. This warranty only covers limited factory defects and minor cosmetic damages. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. Clients are responsible for all shipping service costs. Any products that were not purchased from UGNE will not be covered.

UGNE will not cover any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from:

• Failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual
• Acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse
• Commercial use, alterations, modifications
• Improper assembly or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the product as sold
• Operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding
• Improper follow-up maintenance

For the avoidance of doubt, UGNE will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

Battery Warranty

We offer a 1-month warranty on your battery for any manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty period, we will replace the battery free of charge. Original proof of purchase is required to establish proof of purchase and the warranty effective date. UGNE requires that defective batteries be returned to us for exchange. UGNE does not pay the shipping fee to return the batteries to us; however, we will pay to ship the replacement batteries back to you.

The battery is not warranted against damage resulting from:

• Power surges
• Use of an improper charger
• Improper maintenance or misuse
• Normal wear or water damage

Gas-Powered Bike Warranty

UGNE offers a 1-month limited manufacturer's warranty for gas-powered bikes. This warranty covers factory defects and minor cosmetic damages only. Misuse, neglect, operator error, and damage caused by improper maintenance, alterations, or modifications are not covered.

The warranty does not cover:

• Fuel-related issues such as damage from improper fuel mixtures or stale fuel
• Improper storage or maintenance
• Engine or component failure due to neglect or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear

For any warranty claims, clients are responsible for shipping costs to return defective components to UGNE. Shipping for replacement parts will be covered by UGNE.

UGNE E-BIKE & GAS MOPED DELIVERY POLICY

UGNE partners with reliable professional auto and bike transport companies to ensure your order arrives at your door timely and safely. Your e-bike or gas-powered moped will be delivered within 1-6 business days after your order is processed, including pre-order items.

Shipping Details

• Free Delivery: Available for all orders within New York State.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For deliveries to the rest of the continental United States, a flat $350 delivery fee applies.

Returns of Unused Equipment

Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or odors, and in their original packaging.
• Boxes must remain sealed and unopened.
• Bikes must be returned in their original box.

Fees & Responsibilities:

• A 10% restocking fee applies.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers cover all return shipping costs.

Important: Returns require prior authorization from the UGNE Customer Service Team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and UGNE is not liable for lost items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or undamaged equipment
• Apparel (clothing, hats, etc.)
• Battery packs, helmets, or special orders
• Items that display wear

Returns for Defective Equipment

Defective items fall under UGNE's warranty policy. Contact UGNE Support for warranty claims and follow the provided instructions.

Note: Returns for delayed shipments are only accepted if items are unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days.
