Very good, they can do more than they seem, they come with an allen key and assembly instructions, in case mechanics are not your strong suit.
They hold the sneakers well. If you need to rearrange them, you have to completely lift and detach your foot from the pedal. Otherwise, you won't be able to rearrange them. I'm satisfied. They don't spin on their own like a propeller. Time will tell about the quality and durability.
