DO NOT PURCHASE! I rode it for less than a mile. i was struggling to make it up a 12% sloped driveway. It seemed to fry some circuitry . I smelled that familiar smell of of electrics gone bad. Now I have realized why there is a no return policy! I cant even find a place to get customer support. The only seemingly available help for these pieces of garbage is peoples private youtube channels. I seriously regret wasting nearly 2500 on this turd.

From the start the company stayed in contact with me for delivery which kept my nerves down. (So grateful for that) It was packaged Really well and it's day one for riding and so far I love it.

Just got mine a few day ago and it is awesome. I plan on using it mainly to get back and forth to work and home but also just to ride around town. It has pretty good mileage and the ride is super smooth and fun. And I had a great customer service representative
I was having problems with the scooter shutting down. They sent me parts to replace, I’m not a mechanic and I can’t find anyone to fix the issue. I am telling you don’t buy this product. If you don’t want any headaches don’t buy.
