I bought this scooter on eBay a while ago, it's impressively good... I love the power start. I weigh 150 lbs and have reached 87 km on the speedometer, definitely not for a beginner in third gear. I'm giving it 4 stars because the light screw came loose after a short time of use due to the speed and I had to adapt a different base for the lights, the throttle fuse burned out and I hadn't realized I thought it was broken, and the parking support is very fragile. But what matters to me is its power, it reaches 87 km very quickly, it has a lot of force compared to the Obarter D5.
