The shipping tracking to Mexico was not very detailed, although it arrived with very little delay. The battery seems to be of good quality, it works well, but it arrived with a damaged USB port, making it unusable, and it also prevents the cover from fitting properly, which does not seal well. Another detail is that the battery base has only a couple of holes for mounting, which limits the way it can be mounted on the bike; in my case, I had to mount it "upside down."

I used it to ride 25 km with 48v 500w bicycle in a mtb road, and it consumed only 25% of the battery capacity. I'm very happy. I used 48v and 24ah battery.
It size is very small and good feet to the bicycle

The battery doesn't meet its parameters, only 7 amps, the 3000w motor drains very quickly
But i give 5 stars for fast delivery.
The truth is, it arrived on time and looks of very good quality.
