I'm satisfied with the purchase, it was delivered to my home by courier very quickly, the app works, and it's currently charging.
The battery has a problem with cell 2 balancing; every time cell 2 charges to 3.75V, the BMS stops charging. Either the BMS is damaged and has a balancing issue, or cell 2 is damaged. I have been asking the seller for two days to replace it with a new, working battery, but they have not agreed yet. I wonder how long this battery will last before it completely breaks down. I read that 3.75V is the maximum voltage for cells. Cell 2 is overcharged, while the other cells are undercharged.

The brand of the battery received is not the one ordered, and I was not informed of the replacement. I already had one of this brand, and its quality is mediocre. It only worked for 6 months instead of the 10 years advertised, so I am very disappointed with the order.
