Purchased at a discount, support is very attentive and the scooter rides very comfortably. could use a steering dampener for high speeds but overall would recommend for the price.

It arrived 3 days after I ordered it, in good condition and easy to assemble. I am a woman and it wasn't difficult for me to assemble it; it even shows you the steps to do it. I use it to take my son to school and it really makes my life easier. I recommend it. It feels very powerful and has 3 speeds. So far, I've only driven in first gear. My 8-year-old son can also drive it now with my supervision. It's a bit heavy, but I can handle it haha. The battery life lasts a week. I'm very happy with my purchase, and the only thing you'll regret is not buying it sooner.

They shipped it before schedule. I’m very happy with the process. All in all the scooter is great. The battery could be a little bigger. I would recommend the 23ah battery instead of the 13. But it’s exactly what they advertise. Thank you for the transparency. 5 star customer service.

It has really good quality, i love the way it looks and also the battery lasts long, for the price u cant find anything better, i’m gonna be using it to travel to school around 20 miles total and this should be enough.
