This was a great experience. got the bike quick, it all went together easily, but after a few rides, we noticed that the battery was not giving anything close to the range it should. they quickly sent a replacement battery, and now it is working as advertised. thank you

Everything is super good but there are 2 details: the rear grill is crooked, one of them cannot be screwed in because it doesn't fit properly, and the other is that the metal piece crossed through the rear rim wobbles; every time it moves it jumps up and down.
