Cons
1. The headlight bracket stops the front fork from getting more than 2 inches of travel when installed per instructions. I flipped the bracket 99 degrees and drilled 2 holes and screwed in 2 black self tapping screws through the slots to the top of the fork support to correct this bad engineering!
2. There is no brake/tail lights..this is illegal in some states...and unsafe everywhere
3. Cybervelo lied!! My '30ah' tested at under 19ah. (within the specs of a 20ah battery)

5. 'shock' is only a spring with a fake reservoir
This bike has potential, and will be a great project bike, but gets a '3' due to the headlight/front fork issue, and cybervelos lie about battery capacity.
I contacted cybervelo, and they refused to replace the '30ah' battery that tested at 20ah,
This bicycle is incredible. Great design, good components for the money, peak performance for what you’re paying for. The only complaint is that is has a rear reflector instead of a light (now required where i live), but a $7 rear led taillight fixed that. Highly recommend!!! !
Ordered my cybervelo bike a few days ago and shipping took 1 day ( i live in southern california) and it shipped from just 44 miles north of me or so. Assembly took me about 30 minutes. I took it for a spin around my neighborhood and it rode great. I didn’t pedal as i installed the crank wrong. Crank arms need to be in the 12 and 6 direction. ( it mentions it in the manual). I wasn’t paying attention and messed up. Now i’m waiting for my crank removal tool to come in so i can remove the crank and re install it in the right direction. So i just tested it using the throttle only. It’s fast! There are 5 pas modes, which takes you to 30mph. The only thing i want to add is a rear led brake light and some pegs on the back for my kids to place their feet when they ride with me. Awesome bike, i hope it lasts a long time but time will tell. I will likely purchase another one for my teen.
