Its kind of impossible to make it fit tightly due to the placement of the ties on the underside. aside from that, it sits well enough, and the velcro is strong enough that i don't worry about my phone falling off. the size of the phone holder is big enough to hold my s25 ultra with a case on it. i had to cut a slit for the earbud slot myself, but aside from that it's a 10/10.
Good. I don't use the top part for the phone, so I immediately removed it. I use it to keep a power bank in one section and keys, a spare flashlight, and a hex key in the other section. It's convenient for me. I have my phone separately on the phone holder on the steering wheel. I don't like using such phone bags because looking down distracts my attention from the road, and I constantly use navigation and spend at least 4 hours on my bike a day. Power bank 15/7/2 fits and the bag closes (this power bank is in the photo), power bank 15/7/4 also fits, but the bag won't close anymore.

Nice sturdy bike pack. The side pockets are a bit rigid and due to the hard sides it's nit flexible. You can't put anything larger inside by pushing out the sides.
