I am 1'80 tall, weigh 95kg and choosing an XXL the jacket fits tight, I don't think I can use it with the motorcycle jacket. However, the pants over regular pants fit me perfectly. Now moving on to evaluating the product, I must say that the yellow color surprises me, I like the carrying bag. The seams seem good. I love the reflective details.

It seems like thin plastic with mesh, we'll have to test it in rain. As soon as I opened it, the bag handles broke. Poor finishing quality. I ordered size L to wear over the jacket with protections. I'm 170cm tall and weigh 67kg. I think without a jacket, size S or M is fine.
