I am 192 cm tall and bought 3 XL ones, haven't ridden in the rain yet. but fits perfectly.
The bag with the raincoat is a bit bigger than I thought and takes up more space than I want.
If it's a raincoat, it should be worn over regular clothes, but the pants size is too small and tight.
