Restore your engine's starting power with this Heavy-Duty Kick Start Shaft Assembly. Specifically engineered for GY6 125cc and 150cc moped and scooter engines, this complete kit provides a reliable mechanical backup for your electric starter. Manufactured from high-grade iron, every component is designed to withstand the high torque and repetitive stress of engine ignition, ensuring a smooth and consistent start every time.

  • Reinforced Iron Construction: Forged from high-quality iron for maximum durability and resistance to shearing or bending under pressure.

  • Complete Overhaul Kit: Eliminates the need to source individual parts; includes the start shaft, idle gear, driven teeth, return spring, and essential bushings.

  • Precision Fitment: Designed as a direct replacement for GY6 125/150cc platforms, ensuring seamless mesh between the kick starter and the engine's internal gears.

  • Smooth Operation: Includes precision-sized long and short bushings to reduce friction and a high-tension return spring for snappy kickback performance.

  • Multiple Size Options: Available in various shaft lengths (129mm to 168mm) to accommodate different crankcase depths and scooter models.

Reinstalled it and i think it works. Ok i’m having a hard time getting the whole thing to work together in concert. Maybe i should grease it up. I’m not sure but it fit. I probably just screwed up the installation.

Perfect gear fits very well on my Roxon RX 150 quad.
but the starter lever is not the right one because it rubs against the crankcase.
Depending on the case, a remote lever is needed.
