The seller failed to provide legally required documentation for the lifepo4 battery, including the un38.3 test report, sds/msds, shipper’s declaration, and documentation of the correct un number and packaging.
The delivered battery has been shown to have significantly lower capacity than stated in the listing and does not match the advertised technical specifications.
The seller accepted the return despite being aware that the battery cannot be shipped without the aforementioned documentation, and has not provided the documents or offered a refund, replacement, independent testing, or coverage of return postage.
