It seems the shipment made some damage to a component that almost damaged the shifting mechanisms. fortunately the u-shaped bar protected to shifter, but it wont shift into gears 4 through 7. i have to fix it to get the bike working properly. it makes me upset to see the bike took impact in shipping, but i am really glad this company put a protector u-shaped bar there. the product being damaged is unacceptable but i dont feel it was cybervelo's fault, i think fedex did the damage

Great ebike! super strong and durable, although i’m at the entry point in tuning my riding style around a formed ride; such as. aside from the whole name because a name is a definitive ‘tell all’..the tires are important and i definitely didn’t want to be rolling around in tires that’s be fresh off the showroom floors - nowadays with dirt/debris from the streets(roads). any alteration - i keep small (because it’s mine and tasteful) but super satisfied! 😄
