Very plastic-y, but what do you really expect for the price. It can attach via a clip (sort of like a belt clip), or you can use the included rubber strap to attach it to a tube (seat post, handlebar, etc).
Clicking the button cycles through the modes- high, low, flashing, faster flashing, and off.
Charging is via usb-c. Decent cheap bike light for the price.
It gives a spectacular light. It has 4 operating modes. Mode 1: Light off, Mode 2: Dim light, Mode 3: Flashing, Mode 4: Airplane-style flashing.
The truth is that it's more useful for them to see you than for you to see them, but it's fine.
